EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Exchanging or returning an item is something we tried to make as easy as possible for our customers. After trying your purchase on in the comfort of your own home you can let us know straightaway if you’d like to return your item for a refund. Our courier is pleased to collect from your home, work or any alternative address.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to :

  1. Create an Exchange / Return by logging in to “My KAYAT”. Please make sure you have a registered account to unlock the features of creating an exchange / return request.
  2. Please click on “Orders” to find an overview of all your most recent orders.
  3. Here you will find the option to create an Exchange / Return. Simply fill in the form and submit the request.
  4. After review and verification of your Return / Exchange request you will receive an email with further return instructions.
  5. If you wish to Exchange your item for a different size, please make sure to place a new order as soon as you receive verification for Return.

Do not send back any items before verification from our Customer Care team. Items must be returned to us unused with all KAYAT tags and most importantly, with the seal tag still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. We cannot accept returns on Custom Made items.

Need A Different Size, Color or Style? 

To exchange your purchase for an alternative size, style or color (subject to availability when you receive verification for your return). Simply return it for a refund and purchase the new item separately. Do this after verification of return. 

Receiving a refund

You will receive a refund of all applicable taxes and duties when returning your purchase, although, the local customs fee & shipping rate is non-refundable. 

COD (Cash On Delivery) orders are non refundable. We can only process COD orders as an exchange or with the issue of store credit. 

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If you haven’t received the refund within the 10 days, please send us an email to customercare@kayat.store with note of your order number. For the issue of store credit we take up to 24h.

Return Instructions 

As soon as you have decided you would like to exchange or return your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you received your order. Please follow the detailed steps below : 

  1. Create an Exchange / Return by sending us an email to customercare@kayat.store make sure to include the order number and your phone number. 
  2. If you are a registered user, by logging in your KAYAT account you will be able to find all your running orders and the attached order numbers. 
  3. After review and verification of your Return / Exchange request we will send you an email with further Return instructions. 
  4. If you wish to Exchange your item for a different size, please make sure to place a new order as soon as you receive verification for Return.

Items must be returned to us unused with all KAYAT tags and most importantly, with the seal tag still attached. Returns that do not met our policy will be sent back to you. 

Please do not send your Exchange / Return back to us without receiving a verification email. If this happens to be the case, our fulfillment center will automatically send your order back. 

Additional Information 

To ensure your return is covered by our returns policy and reaches us promptly, items must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or delay by customs.

We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. You can return using any secured means, but we may not accept liability. Please email us if you intend to do this and send your purchase to the following address:

Our Policy 

All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and the KAYAT and seal tags attached to them. This includes all packaging, accessories and authenticity cards/dust bags. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly. The shipping costs for Returning / Exchanging your item must be fulfilled by cash payment to the courier and are at your own expense. 

For example, we may make a reduction in the following circumstances:   

  • the product(s) have been used, worn, damaged or washed;
  • the seal and KAYAT tags are not attached to the product(s) or have not been returned. Please note that the KAYAT and seal tags constitute an integral part of each product; and/or
  • you have not returned any packaging which is considered an integral part of a product (such as a dust bag).

You will be informed if we propose to reduce or not accept your refund for this reason. In this instance, you may (as an alternative to us providing you with a reduced refund) or choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense.

All returns should be requested before you send your item(s) back to us to allow for easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender.  

Items must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or delay by customs. 

Late Returns

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving you order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of KAYAT and may only be refunded as a store credit. 

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you received it. If you have owned your item for longer than this, and certainly over 6 months, then please contact Customer Care. This can be done by sending us an email at customercare@kayat.store

Colors

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on KAYAT as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a color will be completely accurate.

Non KAYAT Returns

Please be aware that we will not be responsible for any items that are returned to us which were not purchased from KAYAT. This includes personal items as well as items which may have been purchased from other third party companies.
